Piper is approximately 2 years old and was originally adopted from us as a puppy, although unfortunate circumstances hit her family and they were forced to give her up. We are guessing that Piper is a Lab/Husky/Type mix. She currently weighs about 60-70 pounds.
Piper is super sweet and gets along well with all the dogs she has met. Piper doesn't seem to care what size the other pups are, but she does not like them jumping on her or in her face. She greatly prefers just to hangout or to supervise others while they are playing. She has not lived with any cats, however she doesn't seem to react to seeing them. We cannot say how she would do living with them.
Piper loves people and wants to please. She has a great grasp on all of her basic commands, is kennel trained, and house trained (once given time to adjust). She loves to play with toys and go for walks or runs. She has been around older children on a regular basis with some interaction with little ones.
Piper loves to hang out and explore in her fenced yard, but she does great on a leash or tie out as well. She typically doesn't venture far from her person and with additional training, she could have the potential do to well off leash in safe environments. Piper is fairly mellow in personality and enjoys just hanging out. A good walk every day is sufficient for her to be calm and happy.
Piper is vet checked, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, heartworm tested negative, and current on her preventives. She is also microchipped. Piper's adoption donation fee is $250.00
